2. Submit and follow up on the appointment request
China MedTrip prepares and submits the practical appointment request through the relevant available channel, follows up with the hospital contact where appropriate, and keeps the patient informed of the response and next steps. We also clarify the published or confirmed registration requirements, campus and department information.
3. Consider doctor options where available
Where information and availability allow, we may share one or two potential doctor options with a brief objective profile based on publicly available information, such as department, professional background and stated areas of practice. 4. Let the hospital make the final confirmation
Appointment availability, patient acceptance, final doctor assignment, registration route, consultation date and time remain subject to the hospital’s confirmation. Once feedback is available, we help organise the confirmed location, arrival time, required documents and travel logistics around the visit.
5. Confirm practical details before travel
Before booking non-refundable flights or accommodation, confirm the hospital-issued appointment details, including campus, department, registration instructions and requested materials. Keep the itinerary flexible for registration, waiting, tests or schedule changes.
