What we do
China MedTrip helps international patients and overseas Chinese families coordinate planned hospital visits in China. We organise agreed non-clinical steps, including records and translation, appointment requests, travel planning and visit-day support. We prepare and submit requests, follow up with the hospital, and relay its response. The hospital decides whether it can accept the patient and confirms the appointment details and clinical care.

How appointment coordination works
We prepare the practical request package, submit it through the available hospital channel, follow up where appropriate, and keep the patient informed. Where information and availability allow, we may share one or two potential doctor options with objective public profiles so that the patient can express a preference.
What the hospital confirms
Hospitals and licensed clinicians independently decide whether they can accept a case, what information is required, appointment availability, final doctor assignment, consultation date and time, and what care is appropriate. Doctor profiles are not clinical recommendations.
What we do not do
We do not provide medical diagnosis, clinical interpretation, treatment recommendations or emergency care. We do not set hospital fees or guarantee acceptance, treatment outcomes or insurance payment.
Our focus cities
We currently coordinate planned visits in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou and Chengdu. The practical city plan is built around the hospital’s feedback, travel readiness and the patient’s own needs.
